VP of Dealer Performance

This is a full-time role as a VP Dealer Performance at FlexPath Capital, Inc. located in Tampa, FL. As the VP Dealer Performance, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of dealers within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve dealer operations, analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive growth and profitability. This is an on-site role.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in dealer performance management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
