The market Manager is the primary liaison between the Independent Dealer and FlexPath Capital.  Instead of employing "sales reps," FlexPath embraces "Market Managers" who have full portfolio and P&L responsibilities over their markets.  Instead of merely being charged with new sales and originations, the Market Manager is accountable for the entire dealer relationship - from originations to inventory management to portfolio control to consulting and business partnerships. 
 
Experience:  Minimum 5 years working with the independent automobile dealer community, preferably directly in floorplan and inventory finance.
